By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed before purchase.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.
1. About SurakshaHub
SurakshaHub is an online retailer of digital software licences, primarily antivirus, internet security, total security, and related cybersecurity software products developed by third-party software publishers.
We source genuine software licences through authorised distribution channels.
Unless expressly stated otherwise and supported by the applicable commercial relationship, SurakshaHub is an independent retailer and is not the developer, manufacturer, owner, or publisher of the third-party software sold through the Website.
The availability of a product on SurakshaHub should not be interpreted as a representation that SurakshaHub is an authorised reseller, certified partner, official support provider, or representative of the relevant software publisher unless such a relationship is specifically disclosed.
2. Scope of Our Business
SurakshaHub sells digital software licences.
Our business is limited to the sale and fulfilment of products displayed for purchase on the Website and transaction-related customer service.
SurakshaHub does not provide consumer technology repair or third-party technical-support services.
In particular, we do not sell or provide:
- computer or device repair;
- remote computer repair;
- malware or virus removal as a service;
- computer issue diagnosis;
- operating-system issue diagnosis;
- password or account recovery;
- remote-access assistance;
- software installation services;
- hardware repair;
- data recovery services;
- cybersecurity consulting;
- managed cybersecurity services; or
- ongoing device management services.
Customers requiring help with the operation of a software product should use the official customer resources provided by the applicable software publisher.
Our customer service team may assist only with matters relating to the transaction with SurakshaHub, such as order status, payment confirmation, licence delivery, invoices, incorrect products, licence-key issues, replacement eligibility, and refund requests.
3. Nature of the Products
Unless clearly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, products sold through SurakshaHub are digital products.
A typical purchase consists of a digital software licence, activation code, product key, subscription entitlement, or other digital entitlement that enables the customer to use software supplied by a third-party publisher.
No physical CD, DVD, retail box, printed licence card, USB device, or other physical product will be shipped unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
Customers should therefore review the product page carefully before purchase.
4. Product Information
Each product page may specify information including:
- product name;
- software edition;
- licence duration;
- number of permitted devices or users;
- supported operating systems;
- activation or geographic region;
- licence type;
- new licence or renewal status;
- whether the purchase is one-time or recurring;
- estimated digital delivery time;
- system requirements;
- publisher information;
- price and applicable taxes; and
- refund eligibility.
The product-specific information displayed before purchase forms part of the agreement between the customer and SurakshaHub.
Where product-specific information conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, the product-specific information will apply to that purchase, provided it does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
5. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase
Before placing an order, customers are responsible for verifying that the selected software is suitable for their intended use.
This includes checking:
- operating-system compatibility;
- device compatibility;
- number of permitted devices;
- licence duration;
- geographic restrictions;
- activation requirements;
- hardware requirements;
- publisher account requirements; and
- whether the product is a new licence or renewal.
A product should not be purchased solely on the basis of its brand name.
Customers should read the complete product description before completing payment.
6. Software Publisher Requirements
Software products sold through SurakshaHub are developed and maintained by their respective publishers.
Use of the software may therefore also be subject to the publisher's:
- End User Licence Agreement ("EULA");
- terms of service;
- privacy policy;
- acceptable-use rules;
- system requirements;
- activation rules; and
- other applicable conditions.
Customers may be required to accept the publisher's terms before downloading, installing, activating, or using the software.
SurakshaHub cannot modify or waive the terms imposed by a third-party software publisher.
7. Intellectual Property in Third-Party Products
Purchasing a software licence provides the customer only with the right to use the applicable software in accordance with the licence conditions.
It does not transfer ownership of the underlying software or its intellectual property.
All third-party:
- software;
- product names;
- logos;
- icons;
- trademarks;
- copyrights;
- product images; and
- other intellectual property
remain the property of their respective owners.
Their use on SurakshaHub is for product identification, description, and lawful retail purposes.
Their appearance on the Website does not, by itself, indicate sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, or direct affiliation between SurakshaHub and the applicable publisher.
8. Genuine Software Licence Commitment
SurakshaHub sources genuine software licences through authorised distribution channels.
We do not knowingly sell:
- counterfeit software;
- pirated software;
- cracked software;
- unlawfully generated activation keys;
- stolen licence keys;
- unauthorised copies of software; or
- software intended to circumvent copyright or digital-rights-management protections.
If you reasonably believe that a licence supplied by SurakshaHub is not valid or genuine, contact us with your order details.
We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
9. Orders
Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.
Receipt of payment or an automated order-confirmation message does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
An order is considered fulfilled when the applicable licence key, entitlement, activation information, or other purchased digital product has been successfully made available to the customer through the applicable delivery method.
We may hold, reject, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of circumstances including:
- payment failure;
- incomplete payment confirmation;
- suspected payment fraud;
- unauthorised payment;
- incorrect product pricing;
- technical errors;
- licence unavailability;
- product discontinuation;
- regional restrictions;
- suspected abuse;
- legal restrictions; or
- inability to fulfil the order.
Where SurakshaHub cancels a paid order before fulfilment, the amount collected for the cancelled product will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.
10. Product Availability
Products displayed on the Website are subject to availability.
We make reasonable efforts to keep availability information accurate, but availability may change between the time a product is displayed and the time an order is processed.
A product appearing on the Website does not constitute an unconditional guarantee that the product will remain available.
If a paid product becomes unavailable before delivery, we may offer the customer an appropriate replacement with the customer's agreement or issue a refund.
We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without the customer's consent.
11. Pricing
Product prices are displayed on the Website before checkout.
The customer will be shown the applicable price before completing payment.
Prices may vary according to:
- software edition;
- licence duration;
- number of devices;
- applicable promotions;
- licence availability;
- product region; and
- applicable taxes.
We may change future prices at any time.
Price changes will not normally affect orders already successfully placed, except where there is an obvious pricing, display, or technical error.
12. Pricing Errors
Despite reasonable efforts to maintain accurate prices, an incorrect price may occasionally appear because of a technical, administrative, or data-entry error.
If a material pricing error is discovered before fulfilment, we may cancel the affected order.
If payment has already been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
We will not charge the customer a higher amount than the amount accepted at checkout without obtaining the customer's agreement.
13. Taxes and GST
Applicable taxes will be handled according to Indian tax laws.
Where applicable, prices displayed to Indian customers may include GST.
The amount payable will be disclosed before completion of the transaction.
A GST invoice will be issued where applicable using the billing information provided by the customer.
Customers requiring GST details on an invoice are responsible for providing accurate information before or during the transaction.
14. Payments
Payments may be processed through independent payment service providers such as Razorpay or other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Available payment methods may include:
- UPI;
- debit cards;
- credit cards;
- net banking;
- payment wallets; or
- other payment methods supported by the payment processor.
The availability of individual payment methods may change.
Payment processing may also be subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy practices.
SurakshaHub does not ask customers to disclose their UPI PIN, card PIN, online-banking password, one-time password, or similar payment-authentication credential directly to SurakshaHub.
Customers should never provide such credentials to anyone claiming to represent SurakshaHub.
15. Payment Verification and Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and our business, certain transactions may be subject to automated or manual verification.
We may temporarily hold or decline an order where there are reasonable indicators of:
- unauthorised payment;
- stolen payment credentials;
- identity misuse;
- unusual transaction activity;
- repeated payment failures;
- attempted promotional abuse; or
- other suspected fraudulent activity.
Verification does not mean that a customer has engaged in wrongdoing.
Where an order cannot be verified and is cancelled before fulfilment, any successfully captured payment will be handled in accordance with our applicable refund process.
16. Digital Delivery
Software licences purchased from SurakshaHub are delivered electronically.
Eligible orders are generally processed automatically and are typically delivered within minutes after successful payment and any required verification.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on:
- payment confirmation;
- product availability;
- verification requirements;
- automated processing;
- technical interruptions;
- publisher or distributor availability; or
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a specific delivery timeframe appears on a product page, that timeframe should be treated as the applicable delivery estimate for that product.
A delivery estimate is not a guarantee of delivery at an exact minute or time unless expressly stated otherwise.
17. Delivery Methods
Depending on the product and Website functionality, digital products may be delivered through:
- the email address provided during checkout;
- the customer's SurakshaHub account;
- the order-confirmation page; or
- another delivery method disclosed before purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.
Customers should also check Spam, Junk, Promotions, or similar folders if a licence email is not visible in their primary inbox.
18. Incorrect Contact Information
SurakshaHub is not responsible for delays resulting solely from incorrect contact details entered by the customer.
If you discover that you entered an incorrect email address or other order information, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist where the digital product has not already been disclosed to an unintended recipient.
For security reasons, we may require reasonable order verification before changing delivery information.
19. Activation of Software
Customers are responsible for activating purchased software in accordance with the software publisher's official activation process.
Activation may require the customer to:
- download the software from an official publisher source;
- create or sign in to a publisher account;
- enter the supplied licence key;
- connect the device to the internet;
- uninstall conflicting software; or
- satisfy other requirements established by the software publisher.
Where appropriate, SurakshaHub may provide a link to an official publisher download or activation resource.
Providing such a link does not constitute a software-installation or technical-support service.
20. Official Software Downloads
Where a product requires software to be downloaded separately, customers should use an official or publisher-authorised download source.
SurakshaHub does not recommend downloading antivirus software from unknown or unverified third-party websites.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the product purchased from SurakshaHub is the software licence or entitlement rather than a proprietary software installer developed by SurakshaHub.
21. Licence-Key Issues
If a licence key supplied by SurakshaHub is rejected during activation, the customer should contact us with:
- the SurakshaHub order number;
- the relevant product;
- the error displayed by the publisher; and
- reasonable evidence necessary for us to investigate the licence.
We may verify the licence through the applicable distribution channel before issuing a replacement or refund.
This process relates only to verifying the digital product supplied by SurakshaHub and does not constitute general computer or software-specific product help.
22. Licence Restrictions
A software licence may be subject to restrictions specified by the publisher or product page.
These may include restrictions relating to:
- number of devices;
- number of users;
- licence duration;
- geographic region;
- permitted operating systems;
- activation limits;
- personal or commercial use;
- transferability; or
- resale.
Customers must use the purchased product in accordance with those restrictions.
Customers must not intentionally circumvent publisher restrictions or use false information, VPNs, technical manipulation, or other methods for the purpose of activating a region-restricted licence outside its permitted region.
23. Licence Duration
Licence duration is product-specific.
Examples may include:
- one-year licences;
- multi-year licences;
- fixed-duration subscriptions; or
- other licence periods clearly identified on the product page.
The licence period may begin at purchase, activation, redemption, or another time specified by the publisher.
Customers should review the product description and publisher rules before purchase.
24. One-Time Purchases and Renewals
Unless the Website expressly states otherwise before payment, purchases made directly through SurakshaHub are one-time purchases and are not automatically renewed or automatically charged by SurakshaHub.
Some software publishers may independently offer customers an optional renewal or automatic-renewal feature after activation.
Any such arrangement is between the customer and the applicable publisher unless SurakshaHub expressly states otherwise.
SurakshaHub will not create a recurring payment obligation without clearly disclosing it and obtaining the customer's consent.
25. Publisher Changes
Software publishers may change their:
- product names;
- software interfaces;
- features;
- system requirements;
- supported operating systems;
- licence terms;
- activation processes;
- renewal policies; or
- other product characteristics.
SurakshaHub does not control such changes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information current, but customers should also review publisher information when compatibility or a specific software feature is important to the purchasing decision.
26. Updates and Software Performance
Software updates, virus-definition updates, cloud services, feature updates, and other ongoing functionality are controlled by the applicable software publisher.
SurakshaHub cannot guarantee that a publisher will maintain every product feature for the entire life of a licence.
Any rights or remedies arising from a material difference between the product sold and the product delivered remain subject to applicable law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
27. Security Software Disclaimer
Antivirus and security software can reduce cybersecurity risks but cannot eliminate every possible threat.
No antivirus product can reasonably guarantee that a device will never experience:
- malware;
- phishing;
- ransomware;
- account compromise;
- fraud;
- malicious websites;
- software vulnerabilities; or
- other cybersecurity incidents.
Any protection claims associated with a product should be understood according to the features and representations made by the applicable software publisher.
SurakshaHub does not independently guarantee complete immunity from cybersecurity threats.
28. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Refund and replacement eligibility is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Because software licences are digital products that may become usable after disclosure, eligibility may depend on whether the licence has been:
- delivered;
- disclosed;
- redeemed;
- activated; or
- otherwise consumed.
Subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law, situations that may qualify for investigation and an appropriate remedy include:
- an invalid licence supplied by SurakshaHub;
- a licence already used before delivery to the customer;
- delivery of a materially different product from the product ordered;
- an accidental duplicate order;
- failure to deliver the purchased product within the applicable delivery period; or
- another situation where a refund, replacement, or remedy is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.
29. Change-of-Mind Requests
Because licence keys and digital entitlements may be disclosed and usable immediately after delivery, a delivered digital product may not be eligible for a change-of-mind cancellation.
Customers should therefore verify compatibility, device count, duration, product edition, and region before purchase.
Any applicable exceptions or additional refund eligibility will be described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
30. Order Cancellation
Customers should contact us promptly if they wish to cancel an order.
Where fulfilment has not begun or the digital licence has not yet been disclosed, cancellation may be possible.
Once a digital licence has been disclosed or made available to the customer, cancellation eligibility may be restricted because the digital product may already be usable.
SurakshaHub may also cancel an order where reasonably necessary under these Terms.
Any cancellation will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
31. Promotions and Discounts
SurakshaHub may periodically offer discounts, promotional prices, coupons, or special offers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotions apply only during the stated promotional period;
- promotions may apply only to selected products;
- promotional offers may not be combined;
- coupon eligibility may be limited;
- promotions have no cash value; and
- discounts may be changed or withdrawn for future orders.
We will not retroactively increase the price of a completed order because a promotion has ended.
32. Customer Accounts
Certain Website features may allow or require customers to create an account.
Customers are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials;
- protecting access to their email account; and
- notifying SurakshaHub if they reasonably believe their account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect the customer, SurakshaHub, or other users from fraud, abuse, or security risks.
33. Acceptable Use of the Website
Customers must not use the Website to:
- commit fraud;
- use stolen payment information;
- impersonate another person;
- gain unauthorised access to systems;
- interfere with Website operation;
- introduce malicious code;
- scrape or access restricted portions of the Website through unauthorised means;
- misuse promotions;
- purchase licences for unlawful resale;
- violate intellectual-property rights;
- circumvent licence restrictions; or
- engage in activity prohibited by applicable law.
We may restrict transactions or Website access where reasonably necessary to prevent such conduct.
34. Resale of Licences
Products sold through SurakshaHub are intended for the use permitted by the applicable licence.
Unless expressly authorised, customers may not purchase products for unauthorised resale, redistribution, sublicensing, key sharing, or commercial exploitation.
Bulk or commercial purchases may be subject to separate conditions.
35. Website Content
We take reasonable steps to ensure that information displayed on SurakshaHub is accurate.
However, minor typographical errors, formatting errors, technical errors, or temporary inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
We may correct Website information when necessary.
Where an error materially affects an unfulfilled order, we will take reasonable steps to notify the customer or cancel and refund the affected transaction where appropriate.
36. No Misleading Affiliation
SurakshaHub does not intend to impersonate or misrepresent itself as any third-party software publisher.
Where third-party trademarks or product branding appear on the Website, they identify the software being offered for sale.
Unless expressly and accurately stated otherwise, customers should not assume that SurakshaHub:
- owns the third-party brand;
- is the software publisher;
- operates the publisher's customer-support department;
- is endorsed by the publisher;
- is a certified service centre; or
- is an official technical-support provider.
37. Customer Service
SurakshaHub provides customer service for transactions completed through the Website.
We may assist with:
- order status;
- payment status;
- invoice requests;
- licence delivery;
- missing delivery emails;
- incorrect product delivery;
- validity of a supplied licence;
- replacement requests;
- cancellation requests; and
- refund requests.
Our customer service does not include third-party software installation, device repair, virus removal, remote access, computer issue diagnosis, password recovery, or other software-specific product services.
For product-operation or software-specific help, customers should contact the applicable software publisher through its official channels.
38. Customer Communications
We may send transactional communications necessary to fulfil and manage an order.
These may include:
- order confirmation;
- payment confirmation;
- licence delivery;
- invoices;
- refund information;
- security notices; and
- important order-related communications.
Marketing communications, where used, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
39. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may include links to third-party websites, including:
- software publishers;
- payment processors;
- official download pages; and
- other external resources.
These third-party websites operate independently.
Their use is subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.
SurakshaHub is not responsible for third-party content or systems outside our control.
40. Privacy
Personal information collected through SurakshaHub is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains, among other things:
- what information we collect;
- why it is collected;
- how it is used;
- when it may be shared;
- how long it may be retained;
- customer privacy rights; and
- how customers can contact us about privacy matters.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of the legal framework governing use of the Website.
41. Cookies
SurakshaHub may use necessary cookies and, where applicable and permitted, analytics, preference, or advertising technologies.
Details are provided in our Cookie Policy and/or cookie-consent interface.
Where consent is legally required for optional cookies, they will be handled according to the applicable consent requirements.
42. Website Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the Website and customer information.
However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be immune from every security risk.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, email accounts, passwords, and internet connections.
43. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided on an "as available" basis.
SurakshaHub does not make warranties beyond:
- warranties expressly stated on the Website;
- obligations relating to the product sold by us;
- warranties that cannot legally be excluded; and
- rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Third-party software functionality is primarily determined and maintained by the applicable software publisher.
Nothing in this section limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
44. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SurakshaHub and QOPTERVZN INFOCOM PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from matters outside our reasonable control.
This may include losses arising from:
- publisher software changes;
- publisher service interruptions;
- customer device incompatibility that was clearly disclosed before purchase;
- misuse of a licence;
- customer failure to follow publisher requirements;
- third-party websites; or
- cybersecurity incidents that the purchased software does not prevent.
Where liability relating to a particular transaction may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to that transaction will generally not exceed the amount paid to SurakshaHub for the affected product.
This limitation does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
45. Nothing Limits Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, exclude, restrict, or override a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory provision of applicable consumer-protection law, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.
46. Third-Party Publisher Responsibility
The publisher of the applicable software is responsible for the development and ongoing operation of its software.
Except for responsibilities directly arising from our sale and fulfilment of the licence, SurakshaHub does not control:
- software bugs;
- product updates;
- publisher infrastructure;
- publisher account systems;
- future operating-system compatibility;
- publisher technical-support availability;
- publisher privacy practices; or
- future feature changes.
This provision does not limit SurakshaHub's responsibility to deliver the product that was purchased.
47. Force Majeure and Events Outside Our Control
SurakshaHub will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
Such circumstances may include:
- internet outages;
- cloud-service interruptions;
- payment-network failures;
- publisher or distributor outages;
- natural disasters;
- government restrictions;
- telecommunications failures;
- labour disruptions;
- cyberattacks;
- widespread infrastructure failures; or
- other comparable events.
We will nevertheless take reasonable steps to address affected customer orders.
48. Suspension or Refusal of Service
We may restrict Website access, suspend an account, reject an order, or refuse future transactions where reasonably necessary because of:
- fraud;
- attempted fraud;
- illegal activity;
- abuse;
- threats;
- material breach of these Terms;
- payment disputes involving false information;
- attempted circumvention of licence restrictions; or
- risks to Website or customer security.
Any action will be taken subject to applicable law.

51. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Customers retain any mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from approaching an appropriate consumer commission, regulator, authority, or other forum available under applicable law.
52. Jurisdiction
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction and other applicable law, courts having competent jurisdiction in Bhandara, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
This clause does not restrict a consumer from exercising a statutory right to bring a proceeding before another forum where applicable law provides that right.

- changes to our business;
- changes to Website functionality;

54. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
