3.3 Service Availability

• It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address
• Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive the product key

6.3 Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, fraudulent transactions, or failure to meet eligibility requirements. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order.

7. Product Licenses and Usage Rights

7.1 License Grant

When you purchase an antivirus product key, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the vendor's End User License Agreement (EULA). You do not own the software itself.

7.2 Usage Restrictions

• Product keys are for personal or business use as specified at purchase
• Reselling, distributing, or sharing product keys is strictly prohibited
• Each license is valid for the specified number of devices only
• You must comply with the software vendor's terms and conditions
• Unauthorized use may result in license revocation without refund

7.3 Product Activation

You are responsible for activating the product key according to the vendor's instructions. We provide activation support but cannot guarantee successful activation due to factors beyond our control (e.g., vendor server issues, region restrictions).

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qoptervzn Infocom Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
